About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and practical individual to join our plant nursery team as a Dispatch Operative. Working closely with the Packing Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring that customer orders are accurately picked, checked, and loaded onto the correct trolleys ready for dispatch to garden centres and customers.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment where teamwork, attention to detail, and efficiency are essential—especially during our busy season.
